Exchange or Return of Goods

Acceptance Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and accessories.
The original invoice must be provided.
Returns are accepted only if there is a hidden defect or the product does not match the advertised specifications.
Exchanges:
You may exchange the product for another item of equal value.
Refunds:
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase, provided the above conditions are met.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped.
Free Products & Gifts:
If the original order is returned, any free gifts received must also be returned.
Gifts are non-exchangeable.
For Customers outside Kuwait:
Products must be unopened and accompanied by the original invoice.
Customers are responsible for shipping and customs charges. We recommend using DHL.
In case of cancellation after shipping, shipping and bank fees are non-refundable.
Return Steps:
Once the product has been shipped, please send the shipment tracking number to the support team to confirm processing.
